Put a cycle on the timeline
A cycle appears on the roadmap only once you schedule it. Click + Add to open Add feature to roadmap: it lists the cycles not scheduled yet. Search by name, and click + Add on a row. The cycle lands on the current week as a two-week bar, ready to move.Reschedule a cycle
- Move it: drag the bar along the timeline.
- Change its length: drag either edge to change the start or the end.
- Take it off the timeline: hover the bar and click ×. The cycle stays on the board, just unscheduled.
Link cycles that depend on each other
When one cycle can’t start until another is finished, connect them: hover the first bar and drag its ◦ handle onto the other. To remove the dependency, click the connector. If a cycle is scheduled to start before the one it depends on ends, the connector and the bar turn red with a ⚠. The roadmap flags the conflict but doesn’t move anything for you — you decide which one to reschedule. A dependency that would create a loop is refused. A dependency here is the same blocks link you see in a cycle’s Linked items: add it in either place and it shows in both.Change the time scale
Switch between Week, Month and Quarter to zoom the timeline in or out; Month is the default. A red line marks today, and the column of cycle names stays pinned while you scroll sideways.Who can edit the roadmap
